The Apartment Bathroom

The Apartment Bathroom is an eleven piece (PP2) prop set replicating a small
'apartment-sized' bathroom complete with all bathroom fixtures as would be
typically found in such a setting.
The Apartment Bathroom overcomes any difficulties in setting up a scene in such
a small environment by being completely modular. All of the walls and the ceiling
are separate props so they can be used or removed as your scene requires.
The Apartment Bathroom also comes with a PZ3 file that will load in the complete
set with a default lighting scheme and all render parameters set to go.

Several cabinets in different versions (with inner lighting, glass doors, door stop left or right), racks, tables, sofa, armchair, TV, lamps and many more items are available for you to build your desired living room. All doors are operable easily with custom sliders, the spotlights (ceiling and wall) are rotatable by sliders as well, so that you can easily adjust the lighting directions. The shelves in the cabinets are still movable so that you can adjust their height levels to fit your needs. 

You can also use the included full scene preset with the props arranged.

 SFD's Modern Kitchen Props and Full Scene

 

 Easily arrange your dream kitchen with the modular units or just use the provided full room prop setting with walls, ceiling, window, door etc. and all props arranged for a quick start. All doors/drawers are usable with sliders in the property tab for easy use. 

The full room setting comes with some basic lighting (can be turned off of course). For best rendering results it is suggested to use an uber environment light prop and light rigs (not provided in this product) and use only raytraced shadows.
