Xenia DeAngulis was doing her normal routine patrol on a Level 1 section
when she heard strange sounds coming from the maintenance room.
She went to inspect but was stopped in her tracks by mutated and deformed members of the maintenance crew.
Xenia attempted to escape but found the security systems were disabled.
