The expressions are made for characters based on Genesis 2 Male / Genesis 2 Female like M6 and V6. They might work with other/older characters too (not tested).
The expression poses only alter the head/face/tongue so you can pose your character as you like (use body poses before for instance) and apply the expression without losing the body pose.
